GYPSY GUMBO 
6 lb. hamburger
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 onions, chopped
6 cans Campbell's condensed vegetable soup
1 soup can water
1 can Veg-All mixed vegetables
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Fritos corn chips

Brown hamburger with green pepper and onions. Add soup, water and Veg-All. Simmer a couple of hours. Serve over corn chips and top with shredded cheese.

NOTE: This is great for a crowd, but can be cut in half for smaller group of people.
