CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
2 (4 oz.) Baker's Sweet German Chocolate
2 eggs
2/3 c. light Karo syrup
1/3 c. heavy cream
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 lg. pkgs. cream cheese
Chocolate pie crust

Melt 1-1/2 bars chocolate. Combine eggs, Karo syrup, cream and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Cut cream cheese into squares. With blender running, slowly add cream cheese. Blend until smooth. Gradually add melted chocolate. Pour into pie crust.

Bake at 325°F for 45-60 minutes -- until set. Cool, cover, chill.

Melt remaining chocolate and drizzle over top.
