POLYNESIAN RICE MINGLE 
1 c. uncooked wild rice
1 c. uncooked white rice
3 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. soy sauce
4 chicken bouillon cubes
4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. almonds
1/4 c. snipped parsley
Mushrooms

Combine ingredients. Sprinkle nuts and parsley on top.

Bake in 2 quart casserole in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes (covered).
