CARROTS WITH GREEN ONIONS 
1 lb. carrots, peeled & sliced
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. thin sliced green onions

Combine first 4 ingredients in medium saucepan. Cover and cook over low heat until tender. Add green onions and toss to serve.
