TENDERLOIN TIPS 
2 lb. sirloin steak
1 tbsp. cooking oil
2 med. onions, sliced
2 green peppers, sliced
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sherry
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. can mushrooms, drained
Salt, pepper to taste

Cut steak into 1-inch pieces and brown in oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour.

NOTE: Excellent with mashed potatoes or buttered noodles.
