ROLUADDEN 
3 lbs. sirloin or round steak, thinly sliced, about 1/4 inch thick
Prepared mustard
1 onion, thinly sliced
4 slices dill pickle per meat slice
Bacon, about 1 pound
Salt
Pepper
Toothpicks
Mushrooms , fresh, sliced

Spread slices of meat with mustard. Place onion slices and 4 pickle slices on top of mustard. Place a piece of bacon on each slice. Season with salt and pepper. Roll slices and secure with a toothpick. Put rolls in a Dutch oven and brown. Add enough water to cover rolls and simmer about 1 hour on low. Add about 1/2 pound sliced, fresh mushrooms. Add more water if needed. Simmer about 90 minutes. Remove rolls. Make gravy from juice. Serve with mashed potatoes. Serves 4-6.
