CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
3/4 c. onion
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
6 c. water
3 cubes chicken bouillon
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
10 oz. broccoli
1 c. milk
1 c. half & half or 1 c. milk or 3 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Saute 5 minutes or until tender, onion in butter. Reduce heat and stir in flour. Add water, bouillon, garlic powder and pepper. Stir, bring to boil. Add broccoli and milk; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in last 2 ingredients until melted.
