MEAT-THE-ARTICHOKE-WITH-A-HEART 
1/2 c. onion soup
4 cans artichoke hearts
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. Romano cheese
1 lb. ground meat
1 tsp. minced onions
2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. olive oil

Saute ground meat until done, drain on paper towels. Add remaining ingredients to beef. Layer artichoke hearts and beef in baking pan. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake for 30-45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
