SAUERKRAUT RELISH 
1 (#2 1/2) can sauerkraut, drained and chopped fine
1 c. chopped green onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar

Mix sauerkraut, onion, celery and green pepper. Heat vinegar and sugar just to boil. Add other ingredients. Chill at least 24 hours, then enjoy.
