COOL TUNA SALAD 
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. peeled, chopped cucumber
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 hard cooked eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. dillweed
1 1/2 qt. torn, assorted greens
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
3 tomatoes, cut into wedges

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, cucumbers, onions, chopped egg whites and dillweed. Chill. For each serving, top greens with tuna and dressing. Garnish with sieved egg yolks and tomato wedges. Serves 4.
