1 sm. can tuna
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1 hard-boiled egg, diced
2 to 3 sweet pickles, cut up

Mix above together.

1 American cheese or Provolone slice for each sandwich
1 tomato wedge on each sandwich

Place cheese and tomato on bagel muffin or Italian bread slice. Place a little honey mustard on top. When everything is in place, put the open sandwiches on a cookie rack and place under broiler for 3 to 5 minutes. Keep an eye on them - so they don't get too brown.
