CREAMETTE TUNA HOT DISH 
1 pkg. (7 oz.) creamettes
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 can tuna (sm.)
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
3 eggs, separated
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. parsley
1 c. diced Velveeta

Mix bread crumbs and milk, cook creamettes. Mix all ingredients together. Add slightly beaten egg yolks, salt and pepper to taste. Beat egg whites and fold into mixture. Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees until set and browned. Heat 1 can mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk, pour over each serving.
