HOT BAKED PO - TUNAS 
4 med. baking potatoes, scrub clean & bake
1/2 c. grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 (6 oz.) can tuna, flaked
1 sm. sour cream
Butter to taste

Spoon or scoop out each half baked potato. Set shells aside. To potato add butter and sour cream. Mix and mash well. Combine first 4 ingredients. Add mixture to potato and blend well. Spoon potato mixture into shells and bake at 400 degrees for at least 10 minutes. Serve with green salad.
