QUICK SUPPER MEAT-BALLS | |
1 or 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger 2 eggs 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk or tomato sauce Mold together with bread crumbs or rice adding 1 or 2 tablespoons cinnamon to above mixture. Brown meatballs in some shortening until brown on each side, add about 1 cup of water and cover and simmer for about 25 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes or with spaghetti or noodles. |
