1 unbaked 9 in. pastry shell
1/2 lb. ground beef
Mayonnaise
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. chopped Cheddar, or 1/2 c. Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sliced green onions
Dash of pepper

Brown meat in skillet. Drain fat and set aside. Blend next 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper. Turn into pastry shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 6 to 8. Why not double this and freeze one pie?.
