GRANOLA 
5 c. old fashioned oatmeal
1 c. powdered milk
1 c. soy flower
1 c. coconut
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. sunflower seed
1 c. sesame seed

COLUMN 2:
1 c. oil
1 c. honey
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Lemon or almond extract
Almonds or cashews

Mix ingredients in Column 1. Mix ingredients in Column 2. Mix 1 and 2 together. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour or so. After 20 minutes add 1 cup raisins or dates and 1 cup nuts (almonds or cashews). Watch it so it will not burn.
