DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pecans

Press in large pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

2ND LAYER:

5 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

3RD LAYER:

2 pkgs. butter pecan instant pudding
3 c. milk

4TH LAYER:

Rest of Cool Whip
1/4 c. nuts (crush Skor candy or Heath bar)

Put candy bar over top.
