ORANGE CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD 
1 c. skim milk
1/4 c. orange juice
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
3 c. buttermilk baking mix
1/2 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine milk, orange juice, sugar, egg and orange peel in small bowl; stir into baking mix in a medium mixing bowl. Beat until well combined, about 1 minute. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely.
