QUICK CARAWAY CHEESE BREAD 
4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. crumbled bacon
2 tsp. caraway seeds

Grease bottom and sides of two 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans. Place all ingredients except bacon, cheese, and caraway into large mixing bowl; beat on medium speed 1/2 minute, scraping sides and bottom constantly.

Stir in remaining ingredients; divide batter into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool thoroughly. Makes two loaves; freezes well.
