SAUCY SKILLET POTATOES - VERY
GOOD
 
1 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped (1 c.)
1 tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. bacon, covered
4 med. potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced

In large skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add onions 2 to 3 minutes, lightly brown. Stir in all but bacon and potatoes. Cook until heated. Then add potatoes and cook stirring constantly 2 minutes or until hot. DO NOT BOIL. Stir in bacon.
