HONEY DIPPED CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut in pieces
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 lb. butter

SAUCE:

1/4 lb. butter
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. lemon juice

Melt 1/4 pound butter in shallow pan in oven at 400 degrees. Dip chicken in flour, salt, pepper, paprika mixture. Remove pan from oven and place in chicken parts. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. While chicken is baking, melt 1/4 pound butter. Add honey and lemon juice. When chicken has baked 30 minutes, pour sauce over chicken. After 15 minutes, turn chicken over and baste with sauce. Bake additional 15 minutes or until done.
