ANNETTE'S DILLY BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. instant onion
1 tbsp. softened butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 1/4 - 2 1/2 c. flour
1 egg, slightly beaten

Allow 2 1/2 hours total preparation. Soften yeast in water. Warm cottage cheese to room temperature. Combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and softened yeast. Add flour a cup at a time beating by hand each time. Cover and let rise 50-60 minutes.

Punch down and put in greased bowls or bread pans. Let rise again 30-40 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 or so minutes. After baking brush with butter and sprinkle with salt.
