DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. dill weed
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 egg
2 1/4 - 2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Heat cheese to lukewarm. Combine in large bowl the softened yeast, cottage cheese, onion, dill seed, parsley and egg. Sift together dry ingredients and add to make a stiff dough. Beat well, cover and let rise in warm place about 1 hour, or until double. Punch down and turn into greased loaf pan. Let rise until light, 30 to 40 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with dill seed.
