GARLIC CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. cottage cheese, heated
4 cloves garlic, pressed
1 unbeaten egg
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour

Soften yeast in 1/4 cup water. Combine in large mixing bowl with cottage cheese, garlic, egg, oil, oregano, sugar, salt and baking soda. Add flour and blend well. Let rise until double, then stir down. Turn the dough into greased casserole and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
