EASY CHICKEN KIEV 
4 chicken breasts
1 c. bread (or cracker) crumbs
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 stick butter
1 lg. onion

Mix together bread (or cracker) crumbs, Parmesan cheese and oregano. Dip chicken breasts into beaten egg, salt and pepper; then roll in crumb mixture. Arrange coated chicken into shallow baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, saute onions in butter. Remove chicken from oven and pour onion and butter over it. Return to oven and bake 10 more minutes or until golden brown and crusty.
