ANN'S EXOTIC CHICKEN SALAD 
2 qt. chicken, cut & cooked
2 (8 oz.) cans water chestnuts (sliced)
2 lb. white grapes
2 c. sliced celery
3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. toasted slivered almonds
1 #2 1/2 can pineapple

Mix all ingredients above except almonds and pineapple. Use almonds and pineapple for garnish.
