1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. cold water

Sift dry ingredients and add liquid.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Ice with Fudge Icing.

Fudge Icing:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
vanilla

Boil for 1 minute and beat until thick enough to spread.
