GARLIC CHICKEN 
1/3 c. olive oil
24 lg. whole cloves garlic
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Pinch ground nutmeg
4 chicken legs
4 chicken thighs

In shallow microproof casserole, mix oil, garlic, celery, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add chicken pieces and coat them. Marinate, covered, in refrigerator at least 3 hours. Turn several times during marinating. Cook, covered, on High (maximum power) 8 minutes. Turn chicken over. Cook, covered, on High (maximum power) 8 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. 4 servings.
