THE CAPTAIN'S GARLIC SHRIMP 
1/2 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 tbsp. parsley
A few grinds of fresh pepper
1 1/2 lb. peeled & deveined shrimp
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. linguine

Put all ingredients except butter and linguine in a container. Let marinate for a few hours. Boil linguini. Melt butter in medium skillet. Add marinated mixture and saute 5 minutes. Serve over linguine.
