GAZPACHO 
1 pkg. Lawry's taco mix
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
2 pickling cucumbers, chopped
1/4 c. minced green onion
1/4 c. Lawry's San Francisco French salad dressing
1 tbsp. cilantro
Pepper to taste
15 oz. contadina whole, peeled tomatoes
1 garlic clove

Rub bowl with garlic clove. Combine and mix taco mix and tomato juice. Add remaining ingredients and chill overnight. Serves 4-6.
