CRAZY DAISY CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Mix all dry ingredients. Add oil, vinegar, vanilla; mix until smooth. Add water and blend until smooth. Pour in greased and floured 13 x 9 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool; top with Fluffy Frosting.

FLUFFY FROSTING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. water
2 egg whites

Mix egg whites in mixer until foamy. Bring sugar, syrup, and water to a boil in a saucepan. Boil until spins thread on spoon. Add to eggs; mix high until forms peaks.
