3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Put dry ingredients into baking pan and mix well. Make 3 wells: put oil in one, vinegar in one and vanilla in one. Pour water over the top and mix with fork. DO NOT BEAT!! Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
