CHILI CON CARNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chili beans
4 med. onions, chopped

In large skillet, cook and stir ground beef and sausage until brown. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered about 1 hour.

Substitution: for chili beans, use 1 can kidney beans and 1-2 tablespoons chili powder.
