TACOS CON CARNE 
12 pkg. taco shells
1 lb. hamburger or bulk pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tomatoes, chop and drain
Shredded lettuce
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Bottled taco sauce

Warm oven to 250 degrees. Arrange taco shells on a baking sheet lined with paper toweling. Warm this in oven while preparing meat mixture. In a skillet cook meat, onion, and garlic until done. Drain off fat.

Season meat mixture with chili powder and salt. Stuff each taco shell with meat mixture, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese. Pass taco sauce.
