CHILI CON CARNE 
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1/3 c. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped parsley
5 c. canned tomatoes, undrained
Salt & pepper to taste
4 c. cooked or canned kidney beans

Mix beef, pork, garlic and spices. Brown well. Add all additional ingredients, except for the beans. Cook over low heat for 2 hours, stirring frequently. Add beans and cook another hour or so. Makes 4 to 5 quarts and freezes wonderfully. I freeze it in individual servings.
