CHERRY CRUNCH | |
2 sticks butter, melted 2 c. plain flour 1 c. pecans Pour melted butter over flour and pecans and spread into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes and let cool. 1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar 1 (9 oz.) container frozen whipped topping 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring extract 1 can cherry pie filling Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, whipped topping and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Spread over first layer, then top with the cherry pie filling. Refrigerate. Serves 20-24. |
