HAM SALAD 
1 c. diced cooked ham
1 c. diced celery
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can very sm. young peas, drained
About 1/4 c. well-seasoned mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 sm. scallion (green onion), minced

Lightly mix together all the ingredients being careful not to mash peas. Serve on salad greens; nice garnished with sliced tomato. Makes 4 servings.
