LUAI CHICKEN 
Fryer chicken
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
Barbecue sauce
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Pull skin off chicken. Mix salt and sugar. Place chicken in cake pan and sprinkle on chicken. Mix barbecue sauce and crushed pineapple to taste after draining pineapple. Pour on chicken. Bake in 300 degree oven covered for 1 hour, uncover and bake 1/2 hour longer.
