CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. crabmeat
5 to 6 tbsp. flour
5 to 6 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk

SAUCE:

Wartersbue
Salt
Pepper

Make white sauce with other ingredients. Mix. Fold in crabmeat.

2 tsp. dry mustard (last)
Good dash of red pepper
2 tsp. accent
6 to 8 tsp. mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten lightly

Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
