CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. fresh or canned crab meat
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms, sauteed
4 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 c. cream
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

In baking dish spread layer of crabmeat. Add layer of sauteed mushrooms. Melt butter and mix with remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Stir well and pour over crabmeat and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 305 degrees.
