HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. onion, minced
1 garlic bud
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 can mushrooms
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. parsley
1 lg. pkg. egg noodles

Brown hamburger, garlic and onion with butter. Add flour, salt and pepper, and mushrooms. Simmer 5 minutes. Add soup; simmer 10 minutes. Grease casserole. Put all together. Add sour cream, parsley and noodles; mix and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
