PUMPKIN CAKE SURPRISE 
2/3 yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix together and spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

FILLING:

1 1/4 c. pumpkin
2 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

Mix well and pour over the crust.

TOPPING:

1/3 yellow cake mix
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix and crumb over filling. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with Cool Whip when ready to serve.
