FRENCH MARINATED BEANS AND PEA
SALAD
 
1 can peas, drained
1 can French sliced green beans, drained
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 (4 oz.) can pimentos, chopped

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar

Marinate the first 5 ingredients in the dressing for 24 hours. Drain off dressing an hour before using. Serve cold.
