1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/3 c. onion
1 c. water
1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed Dorito chips

Brown ground beef; add onions, water, and taco mix. Simmer about 5 minutes or until meat is done. Spread crescent roll dough on bottom of lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Spread 1 cup crushed Doritos over dough.

Cover with meat mixture. Spread sour cream over meat mixture, then grated cheese. Top with 1 cup crushed Doritos. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. May be topped with fresh tomatoes if desired. Hot sauce is optional.
