GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
1 box graham crackers
2 cans applesauce
2 boxes jello (any flavor (2 different colors makes pretty layers)
1 container Cool Whip

Mix can of applesauce with jello (dry). Do the same with second can and dry jello. Make a layer of graham crackers on plate by arranging them side by side. Add jello-applesauce mixture on top, enough to form a filling (about 1/8-1/4 inch).

Make another layer of crackers on top. Repeat alternately, using different colors. When finished, cover whole cake with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
