TEXAS CAKE 
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. sugar
2 eggs or Egg Beaters
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream together sour cream, sugar and eggs. Bring butter, water and cocoa to a boil. Add to sour cream mixture. Sift and add flour, salt and baking soda to liquid mixture. Batter will be thin. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa

Mix sugar, vanilla and nuts. Bring butter, milk and cocoa to a boil. Add to sugar mixture. Then frost cake while hot.
