SNOW FLAKE PUDDING 
1 c. sugar
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. coconut
2 c. whipped cream
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Thoroughly mix sugar, gelatin, salt, cream cheese, then add milk. Stir over medium heat until gelatin and sugar dissolves. Do not over cook. Chill until partially set. Add vanilla. Fold in coconut, whipped cream, and nuts. Pile into 1 1/2 quart mold. Chill. Serve with Crimson Sauce.
