SNOW PUDDING 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
1 c. milk
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine marshmallows and milk in a heavy saucepan. Cook until marshmallows are melted, stirring constantly. Cool. Whip cream and fold in along with remaining ingredients. Pour into a buttered 8 inch square pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares and top with sliced fruit if desired.
