KIM'S CRAZY CHILI (FOR A CROWD) 
Makes a large batch!

1 (15 oz.) can black beans
1 (15 oz.) can dark red kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) can light kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) can great northern beans
1 (15 oz.) can cannellini beans (white kidney)
4 (15 oz. ea.) can diced tomatoes
2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground veal
1 onion, diced
3 to 4 packets McCormick’s chili mix (based on taste)

Drain beans and mix beans, tomatoes and chili mix in a large pot. Brown ground meats with onion, drain.

Combine meat/onion and bean/tomato mixture. Simmer on low-medium until heated through.

Variations: Add cayenne pepper (to taste) for a spicier flavor! Use all ground turkey for a low-fat version.

Serve with cheddar cheese and corn bread.
