WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA NUT
BROWNIES
 
1 c. white flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 lb. white chocolate bits
8 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped macadamia nuts

Melt 10 oz. chocolate bits with the butter and vanilla. Mix the flour with the salt. Beat the eggs with the sugar, adding a tablespoon at a time. Stir in the chocolate mixture, then fold in the flour mixture. Gently fold in the remaining chocolate bits and the nuts. Pour into a greased 9x12 inch baking pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Cool on a rack before cutting into squares to serve.
